My therapist told me this saying today:
How many therapists does it take to change a light bulb?
One.
But the light bulb has to want to change.
Then after not grasping a concept he was tring to teach me, he brought up Arrested Development to help me understand. (Who does that?!)
I understood much better after the parallel he drew between the show and my own life.
He's the coolest.

okay so he totally has a point. it might be my BSW degree showing through and well... i just simply agree with him. i do personally think he is brilliant YEAH for him, and YEAH for you even more!!!!!
